Organising Ramadan Iftar tables to bring together the Algerian community in southern Italy

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan and as part of its activities aimed at strengthening ties with the national community residing in southern Italy, the Consulate General of Algeria in Naples renewed its commitment to the good year during this holy month by organising a series of iftar tables in several cities of the consular district, in coordination with various actors active in the Algerian associative movement in southern Italy.

These activities, which took place in the cities of Naples, Aversa, Vittoria and Paestum-Cappuccio, were attended by hundreds of Algerian community members from all walks of life. These events were an opportunity to bring the Algerian community closer together and promote the values of solidarity and compassion among community members, in an Algerian-flavoured Ramadan atmosphere. It was also an opportunity to deepen the spirit of patriotism and belonging and to strengthen ties with the motherland.

An Iftar dinner was also organised in Naples for the Algerian and Tunisian communities, at the invitation of the Consul General of Algeria and in the presence of the Tunisian Consul, as an expression of the spirit of brotherhood and cohesion between the two peoples.

In conclusion, His Excellency the Consul General, Chaouki CHEMMAM, sincerely thanks all those who contributed and participated in the organisation of these activities, which also reflect the love, brotherhood and cooperation between community members.
