Request for duplicates

In the event of loss of military service documents (exemption card or certificate of deferment), the person concerned must apply for a duplicate with the following documents
-Birth certificate in Arabic (transcribed at the consulate for persons born abroad)
- Consular registration card (compulsory at the age of 19)
- Declaration of loss issued by the Consulate General;
-Two (02) regular and recent passport photos;
- Copy or reference of lost document (optional)
