CERTIFICATE OF NAME CONCORDANCE

When a document contains a spelling, transcription or other error, a certificate of individuality is issued in the presence of the person concerned on the basis of :

• An Algerian identity document of the person concerned (passport or Algerian identity card).
• A complete copy of the birth certificate of the person concerned.
• All documents containing errors.
