VISA PROCESS

Italian nationals and foreigners residing in the areas belonging to the Naples consular district (Provinces of Campania, Molise, Basilicata, Apulia, Calabria and Sicily) who wish to travel to Algeria must first obtain an entry visa issued by the Visa Service of the Consulate General in Naples.

Other foreign nationals subject to visa procedures for entry to Algeria must enquire at the Consulate General's Visa Service to find out the procedures applicable to them.

The visa may be obtained by the applicant himself or by a delegate (power of attorney issued by the authorised party, authenticated, accompanied by a copy of the authorised party's identity document and the delegate's identity document, as well as the original receipt).

The processing time for visa applications is 7 days.

Filing: Tuesday to Friday, 09:30 to 12:00.

Receipt: Tuesday to Friday, 13:00 to 15:00.

The visa application procedure is subject to payment by credit card or bank transfer.

The amount depends on the nationality of the applicant and the length of stay.

For example, for Italian citizens it is necessary to pay:

1. Visas valid for no more than 90 days:

Over 12 years: €100.

Between 06 and 12 years: €60.

Under 06 years: €20.

2. Visas valid for more than 90 days: €136.

In case of refusal, the visa fee will not be refunded.
