TEMPORARY WORK VISA

Temporary work visa (for a maximum period of three months)

• Passport valid for at least six (06) months with two (02) adjacent blank pages available.
• Two (02) recent passport photos.
• ViSA application form completed in capital letters (download the form).
• Medical health insurance for the trip covering the entire period for which the visa is requested.
• Residence certificate issued by the competent authorities. Persons whose residence is indicated in their passports for areas under the territorial jurisdiction of the Consulate General are exempt.
• Residence permit for non-EU citizens.
• A letter containing an invitation to the Italian company signed by an Algerian company and accompanied by the commercial register.
• A letter containing the visa application signed by the Italian company and accompanied by a declaration covering all travel costs.
• A certificate of the Italian company's commercial register issued less than three (03) months ago.
• The original temporary work permit signed by the Algerian authorities responsible for the employment sector.
• A repatriation statement certified by the employing organization, undertaking to bear the cost of returning the worker to his country of origin upon termination of the employment relationship.
• A mission order or employment contract signed between the Algerian and Italian parties, for a period not exceeding three (03) months.
