CERTIFICATE OF NON-MARRIAGE, NON-DIVORCE AND NON-REMARRIAGE

The presence of the person concerned is mandatory. Must be in possession of:

•  A complete copy of the birth certificate, less than three (03) months , issued by the municipality of birth. ( divorced persons must present a copy of the divorce decree).
•  An Algerian identity document (passport, consular registration card or Algerian identity card).
•  Two witnesses registered with the consulate, with their consular registration cards, passports or Algerian ID cards.
• revenue stamp.
