On presentation of the family record book and an Algerian identity document, the civil status department can issue family records and civil status documents (birth, marriage, death) issued by communes in Algeria or by diplomatic and consular posts.

TRANSLATION OF CIVIL REGISTRATION

The civil status department can provide Italian translations of civil status documents (births, marriages, deaths) issued in the national language. An Algerian identity document is required and the original of civil status documents.
