CERTIFICATE OF INCOME AND REAL ESTATE OWNERSHIP
The Consulate General issues a certificate of proof of financial income and/or real estate property in Algeria to Algerian nationals who apply for it at the Legal and Social Affairs Department, accompanied by the following supporting documents:
- A copy of the national identity document (national identity card or passport)
- Certificate of affiliation to the National Fund for Social Insurance for Salaried Workers (CNAS) for the category of salaried workers).
- Certificate of affiliation to the National Fund for Non-Wage Workers CASNOS (for non-wage earners).
- National Pension Fund certificate for people who have reached the legal retirement age.
- Real estate ownership certificate issued by the National Property Department.
